But it is not true the truth is that there is lack of knowledge at both the end, at the customer end and the life insurance advisor end.

There are number of problems in the training of life insurance advisor.
The first problem it that most of the life insurance advisor not interested to take the training of their work and this problem is related directly to their mindset because they think that what is the need of training, they know everything.
Second problem is that most of the life insurance company are less interested in providing the training to the life insurance advisors.
There is no proper and good trainer for the training of life insurance advisor.
Another problem is that if company provide the training, then either it is not in the office or it is so expensive.
There are some companies of life insurance that are making arrangement for the training of life insurance advisor but this training facility is not available at the branch level but it is available at the zonal level office and this creates a problem. Some life insurance advisor avoids to travel a long journey due to time problem, health issue, money problem, laziness, expense, family function, commitment to the party or any other reason.
So, I think that training facility should be available at the branch level so every life insurance advisor can attend it and take the benefits of life insurance training to become a successful life insurance advisor.

Digital technology is very effective, fast, and economic for both company and life insurance advisor.
When something is new and easy for a person then it is any person has a keen to know that thing and a new interest is created and person give more time to learn that new thing in new way so If digital technology is used for the training of life insurance advisor it will be beneficial for life insurance company and life insurance advisor both.
Digital technology save time, save money, easy to understand, one can use according to their convenience, one can see many time, save for long time, easy to show to any person when required.
